Each Darnell Earley, former Flint emergency supervisor, and Jerry Ambrose, former finance director and Flint emergency supervisor, face felony prices of false pretenses, conspiracy to commit false pretenses, misconduct in workplace, and a misdemeanor cost of willful neglect of responsibility in workplace. Two of the felony prices carry a penalty of 20 years in jail.
Earley and Ambrose have been charged for "their failure to guard the residents of Flint from well being hazards attributable to contaminated ingesting water," Schuette stated.
As well as, Howard Croft, former Flint director of the Division of Public Works, and Daugherty Johnson, former Flint utilities director for the Division of Public Works, are each charged with two felony prices of false pretenses and conspiracy to commit false pretenses. Each of those felony prices carry a penalty of 20 years in jail.

"The disaster in Flint was a casualty of vanity, disdain and a failure of administration. An absence of accountability. We'll proceed to ship justice and maintain these accountable who broke the regulation," Schuette stated.
